Shipper Wanted for Väderöarna

We are looking for an independent and engaged boat driver for our operations in Väderöarna. The role is broad and varied, and suits you who enjoy combining boat driving with practical work, service, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive boats and transport guests, staff, goods, and materials.
• Plan and coordinate transports in an efficient and safe manner.
• Ensure that daily logistics run smoothly.
• Maintenance, service, and care of boats and engines.
• Maintenance and service of properties.
• Loading, unloading, and other practical tasks.
• Help out where needed – we work together here.

We are looking for someone who

• Holds a Class 7 Shipper license.
• Has good experience driving boats and feels confident at sea.
• Is independent, responsible, and has a strong safety mindset.
• Thinks logistically and is skilled at planning, prioritizing, and solving problems when conditions change.
• Enjoys varied tasks and has practical skills.
• Is willing to work weekends.
• Enjoys taking initiative and seeing what needs to be done.
• Has an interest in boats, engines, and maintenance.
• Has a Class B driver's license; a Class C license is an advantage.
